1.Guest Lecture Committee:
This committee
invites eminent personalities from various management fields to enlighten the participants
in their respective field of specialization. The knowledge imparted by them to the
students is very useful as it provides them with a clear idea about the different aspects
of real life corporate management and the qualities that a good manager must possess.
2.Industrial Visits Committee: 
This committee aspires to expand the parameters of education from the classroom to the
industry. By arranging industrial visits, the aim is to familiarize the students with the
industrial scenario and build a good rapport with the leaders of industry. The aim is to
facilitate work expectations of the students as well as help them to be better equipped
when they go out for summer/ final placements.
3.Library Committee:
This committee was formed
to liaise with the library staff and create new incentives for the BMS students to widen
the scope of their readings. They also look after practicalities like making extra library
cards for the students, working out flexible timings with the librarian so that the
students could have access to the required books according to their needs etc. The
committee also does research on the latest books available and recommends their purchase.
4.Communications Council:
Communication is essential in every walk of life. To excel in any profession,
especially management, it is of prime importance that the manager is able to convey his
point of view to the audience. This council organizes various debates, quiz contests and
other communication-linked personality development programs thus building up confidence
and courage to stand up for your beliefs and conveying your point across.
5.Computer Committee:
This committee is responsible for creating a web site for BMS-MMK and
update it every week. Besides all Internet related work, this committee also types and
prints' out notes for the class for reference. Most of our assignments are computerised
and the transparencies and handouts required for presentations are also done on the
computer. Since the IT industry is booming and fast becoming an important part of
management, we at BMS-MMK are also adopting it in our methodology, to keep in pace with
the changing corporate scenario.
